What is your return policy?

We will be more than happy to accept a return within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in the same condition they were received. The shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition, with its original packaging and shipped back in a cardboard shipping box. Any products not sent back in said condition will be returned to the customer.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you would like us to send you a label please request this either via phone call or email. An $8 fee will be applied to your return once processed. This fee is not automatically applied only if we send a FedEx label.

Please note that customers who purchase multiple sizes of the same product are eligible for free returns- provided one shoe is kept.

Products that end in $.98 or .$99 are on clearance and are only eligible for Andre Assous online store credit.

Customers who return 4 or more pairs of shoes at the same time are subject to an 8%-10% restocking fee.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a return item is received please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and issue you a refund.

Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Can I return shoes I bought from a third-party retailer online?

Shoes purchased at one of our approved retailer locations cannot be returned through our online process. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have a site to store return policy.

Do you offer store credit?

We only offer store credit on clearance items. Clearance items are items that end in $0.98 or $0.99.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Please contact our Customer Service representatives via phone(646)-308-1754 or email and we will be more than happy to assist you with any defective product returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace or repair shoes purchased at one of our approved retailer locations. You will have to contact the retailer for assistance.

How do I return a pre-order item?

Since pre-order products are purchased ahead of time your 30-day return window starts from the date of receipt. As pre-ordered items fall outside of the traditional return window please contact our customer service team so they can assist you with the returns process.
