What is your return policy?
We will be more than happy to accept a return within 30 days upon receipt of purchase. Products must be returned in the same condition they were received. The shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition, with its original packaging and shipped back in a cardboard shipping box. Any products not sent back in said condition will be returned to the customer.
To initiate a return, please go to HERE. A USPS return label will be provided upon approval of your request.
Please note that customers who purchase multiple sizes of the same product are eligible for free returns- provided one shoe is kept.
Please note that all products with a price that ends in $0.99 are “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return.
Customers who return 4 or more pairs of shoes at the same time are subject to an 8%-10% restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
Once a return item is received please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your return and issue you a refund.
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Can I return shoes I bought from a third-party retailer online?
Shoes purchased at one of our approved retailer locations cannot be returned through our online process. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have a site to store return policy.
Do you offer store credit?
We only offer store credit on a case by case basis. Products that end in $.99 are final sale and not eligible for store credit.
What is your policy on exchanges?
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise. We suggest you return the unwanted item(s) following the return process above, and place a new order for the replacement merchandise through andreassous.com.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace or repair shoes purchased at one of our approved retailer locations. You will have to contact the retailer for assistance.
